Salon Klipsi is a hairdressing chain with 18 locations with a total of around 80 employees. Redland has helped Klipsi acquire new customers with continually optimized digital marketing.

Collaboration began in 2016 when Redland updated Klipsi’s website. Simultaneously, the chain’s booking system was also swapped. The main objective was to ensure a steady and continuous customer flow from digital channels, in changing situations, and in all locations.


In addition to site reform and development, Redland has performed Google AdWords search advertising, Bing advertising, display advertising with a remarketing focus, as well as short-term local campaigns, for example in shopping malls when launching new business locations. Additionally, we have helped Klipsi with Facebook marketing. Campaigns, measures, and reporting have been improved continuously, on top of which we are utilizing testing tools and hot maps while further developing the website.


Search advertising has played a key role in attracting new customers to the chain. Afterwards, good service guarantees customer satisfaction. Regular customers then recommend Klipsi to their friends. On an annual basis, search advertising yields about 1,000,000 ad impressions and 100,000 clicks on the site. The value of a click has stayed at a fair price despite intensified competition.
