More and more Finns now want to visit Germany

The German National Tourist Board (GNTB) does tourism marketing around the world. Redland has the honor to act as the tourism office’s official partner in Finland.

Starting point

Redland has had the joy of working as GNTB’s tourism marketing partner since 2015. Our cooperation includes the continuous planning and implementation of consumer marketing measures based on tourism strategy in Finland.


Redland has produced GNTB’s overall marketing communication concept, concept designing 3 to 5 campaigns a year, media design, media purchases, online advertising, and content marketing production. In addition, digital marketing and the reporting of results have been improved.


Cooperation has yielded nice results, as the attention value of German tourism has increased, and awareness of sites featured in campaigns has grown. Additionally, statistics measuring tourist numbers have indicated a 1–3 % growth during 2017 and 2018.
