Marketing, communications and digital services company Redland boosts its continuous growth path by investing in digital services development. Redland acquires the web business of therefore boosting Redland’s annual 30% growth rate.
Sirdar, founded in 2013, specialises in running complex web services projects such as web applications and e-commerce sites. Sirdar’s CEO Jussi Salmio joins Redland’s forces as a project manager and partner.
“With Jussi joining Redland we reinforce our digital services development and running complex digital projects. His background in process development brings added value for developing Redland’s processes”, says Raila Lassila, the CEO of Redland.
In the future Redland serves also Sirdar’s customers and can offer them additional services to foster growth and development.
“Redland can help Sirdar’s customers also in brand development and with holistic marketing communications. In addition we are able to respond more swiftly to our customers’ needs and can support them in their growth and digital business”, says Jussi Salmio, the CEO of Sirdar, who joins Redland as part of the acquisition.
Redland is a company owned entirely by its staff. This autumn the owner base was expanded by new shareholders. Altogether, there are now 13 Redland shareholder employees (who are in the picture).
